Fremont Therapy Group and Rocky Mountain have come together in a merger. Rocky Mountain is a well-respected outpatient physical therapy clinic that has been serving the Rock Springs area under the direction of Michelle Cook, since 2000.

Michelle enjoys the clinical aspect of being a physical therapist and, while she is proud to have founded Rocky Mountain nearly 17 years ago, she has a deep desire to focus primarily in the clinical realm. Along with Michelle, Rocky Mountain has strong core staff that will continue to provide the same high level of care that both FTG and Rocky Mountain are known for. Ashlee Lansang, PT, DPT, Kelsey Ellis, PT, DPT, Chris Cook, PTT, Dianne Garrison, PCC and Carline Lansang, Billing Specialist.  Every member of the Rocky Mountain team come with great knowledge, skills and abilities that will only add to ours, so we look forward to growing with them. We will be introducing each of the staff individually over the next several weeks.
