The staff was great. I did have issue with my appointment times changing and not being notified about it. I do not know if this was a front staff issue or a combination of miscommunication amongst the entire staff. Many times I would get a print out of my appointments and then show up at the time it listed only to find out that my appointment time had changed. Having a job, it was frustrating to ask for time to attend PT and then have to rearrange my schedule because it was not communicated with me that my appointment slot changed. This happened multiple times throughout my treatment. Additionally I was never asked if it would be ok if these times changed-they just showed up as different times on my schedule. I tried hard to accommodate these times as much as possible but it did get to be overwhelming at times. I also had days that my PT was not there and I was not informed that they were going to be gone. I would show up for my appointment and then have to leave. It would be nice to have a texting appointment reminder like Teton Therapy has. More communication and respect for time is much needed in this area.

It was amazing, I always felt like the staff was really happy to see me. For my injury I could have chosen surgery but chose physical therapy, it was not a mistake. Katelin chose solid strategies to get me back to my normal life. Problem was determined, a program was developed and put in motion. For successful results, a daily workout requiring much dedication on my part, doing specialized stretching and strengthening of problem muscles. PT was with me supervising every moment of each and every face to face workout. She was making sure of proper resistance and doing exercises correctly. Also received and reviewed an at home daily workout instruction guide. Checking my capabilities was performed at the beginning, during training and after completion was established. I wasn't impressed with my first visit. I was told I was to pay $250 on my first visit as I haven't met my deductible. Okay...understandable. But for a 30 minute appointment? Seriously? No treatment was done, just a brief consult where I did most of the talking, most of the research and I left there with no new information. I will not be able to afford physical therapy. I was told when I schedule the appointment, I could only see a therapist in Riverton, and I live in Lander. I found out through the therapist, that I could also see her in Lander. Also, I was told I couldn't schedule past 3:30 because of her schedule. So I took off work early to come to this appointment and met with her from 3-3:30 and she had another appt after me! I felt like this was a waste of my time and time off of work, and I really hope I will NOT be charged $250 for this brief appointment. I don't believe I will be returning.

I got there 15 minutes prior. My appointment was at 1300. Did not get seen until 1310. Staff was extremely friendly but others kept interruption the session by walking in every time I seemed to have a question. It was rude and unprofessional; however, my therapist was very knowledgeable.

This was my first visit back in round 2 after re-injuring my knee. I didn't even consider another therapist because Tom (and all other staff) is thorough, knowledgeable and welcoming. I was able to see results my first time around and am confident that I'll feel better soon with continued therapy.
