Physical therapy in Saratoga, Wyoming

After six years of providing physical therapy services from Rawlins, Fremont Therapy Group officially opened our Saratoga clinic in July 2021. Fremont Therapy Group has been serving Wyoming residents for more than 25 years and has locations throughout western Wyoming. The licensed professionals in our Saratoga clinic provide physical therapy care for various conditions, including general orthopedics, sports medicine, pre-and post-operative care, total joint rehab, running analysis, dry needling, and functional movement screens. In addition to physical therapy treatments, we can provide athletic training and sports-specific rehabilitation training to school-age and adult athletes, including free injury screenings.

Our therapists spend one-on-one time with every patient to evaluate their condition, discuss treatment options, and develop an effective, evidence-based treatment plan. Our therapists can treat patients of all ages with experience treating patients from birth to geriatrics. Patients appreciate the team approach to their care as they benefit from each therapist's unique skills and abilities while under the direct care and supervision of the same therapist throughout their care.

While our Saratoga clinic may be new to the community, for more than ten years Rawlins clinic director/owner Nate Tanner  has been serving the residents in the Platte Valley and Saratoga through home health affiliations and has been providing services to the students of Carbon County School District #2.

Fremont Therapy Group is highly regarded, both by physicians and patients, as being clinically exceptional and outcomes-driven. Patients coming to our new clinic can expect superior customer service and an evidence-based approach to get them back to healthy and active lifestyles as soon as possible.
