Nate Tanner

Nate Tanner,

Clinic Director/Partner

Nate is the director of the Rawlins and Saratoga clinics. He has advanced training in pediatrics, orthopedics, wound care, manual therapy and sports therapy. Nate is a certified functional capacity evaluator, which allows him to evaluate an individual's capacity to perform work activities related to his/her employment.  In addition, he holds certifications in Dry Needling. With his broad skill set, Nate works one-on-one with all patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and enjoys seeing them progress and get back to doing the things they enjoy most in life. 

Nate earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Arizona and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences from the University Wyoming.   

When not seeing patients, you will find Nate spending time with his wife, Randi, and their four children, Mylee, Harris, Wilk and Benson. They are active in the community and love biking, hiking, traveling and pretty much any sport in which they have the opportunity to participate.

Voytek Marciniak

Voytek Marciniak,
PT

Voytek brings many years of physical therapy experience to the Fremont team. Providing evidence based care for the past 20 years at Memorial Hospital of Carbon County, we are proud to have Voytek contribute his vast treatment knowledge to our team. He counts wound care, orthopaedics, and manual therapy as areas of special interest. 

During his teenage years in Duszniki-Zdroj Poland, Voytek found a passion for physical therapy as he assisted his grandmother through stroke rehabilitation. From this he found his professional calling in the physical therapy field and completed PT school in Poland.  

Outside of helping patients recover, Voytek enjoys traveling and camping. 

Becky Goetsch

Becky Goetsch,

Becky has a long history of providing exceptional physical therapy care. With over 25 years of experience in the PT field, Becky uses evidence based techniques to help patients regain function and mobility. Becky strives to motivate patients to get better, work harder, and realize continued success. She has worked in all settings of the physical therapy industry and counts sports, orthopedic and manual therapy as areas of special interest. 

Becky earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wyoming. With a life-long commitment to athletics and physical activity, Becky went on to earn her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She has built a career getting to know her patients on a personal level and helping them make positive physical changes in their lives. 

A native of Rock Springs, Becky embraces the recreation Wyoming has to offer, including 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, wildlife and landscape photography. She also enjoys time with her husband, two grown children and two dogs. 

Nataliya Lucus

Nataliya Lucus,
PTA

In her role as Physical Therapist Assistant, Nataliya works closely with our physical therapy team to carry out each patient’s individualized plan of care. She takes pride in the personal relationships built with patients and believes a career in physical therapy makes for gratifying work and a way to positively impact her community. 

Nataliya attended Meridian Community College in Mississippi and earned her Associate of Applied Science of PTA. She truly loves helping people and this inspired her career in physical therapy. Nataliya’s compassion and commitment to care make her a trusted team member. 

Nataliya and her family fully embrace outdoor life in Wyoming. They enjoy hiking, camping, hunting, and photography. Nataliya also finds joy in playing the piano and violin, and watching her kids in their sporting events. 

Rhonda Jacobs

Rhonda Jacobs,
Patient Care Coordinator

Rhonda is the administrative lead in the Rawlins clinic, and her friendly and warm personality is a favorite of our Rawlins patients. She takes pride in customer service, and works to help patients have a successful experience with physical therapy. Like FTG, Rhonda has a reputation for kindness and truly caring about the clinic team. She thrives in going home at the end of the day knowing that she had a positive impact on peoples’ lives. 

Rhonda has a long professional history of patient care advocacy and support. She loves to learn the story of those she meets, and strives in creating positive interactions with patients and coworkers daily. 

Along with her husband, Rhonda spends her free time outdoors shooting or on side-by-side adventures. In addition, they enjoy spending time with 5 children, 3 grandchildren, and two canine kids!

Randi Tanner

Randi Tanner,
Community Liaison

Randi serves as a community liaison for our Rawlins clinic. Her warm smile and fun personality are a great representation of Rawlins FTG. Randi takes pride in customer service, and fostering involvment in Carbon County. Randi enjoys seeing how physical therapy helps people recover from injury and is proud to be a part of the process of patient success.

With her skills as a certified pastry chef and caterer, Randi knows the critical importance of communication and building community relationships. These are strategies that help keep the Rawlins clinic involved in the Carbon County community. 

Outside of work, Randi loves hiking, puzzles, and reading. She and her husband have eight children and enjoy supporting them with their school activities and going on family adventures. 

Kaurice Blesse

Kaurice Blesse,
Physical Therapy Technician

As a Physical Therapy Technician, Kaurice works under the direction of our licensed Physical Therapists to help ensure each patient is guided through treatment in a productive and comfortable manner. Kaurice is a natural at helping others and putting herself in their shoes--going out of her way to treat them with the utmost compassion.  

Kaurice earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Presentation College in South Dakota, and has worked in the patient care field for numerous years. With a passion for fitness and healthcare, Kaurice knows that patients depend on us to help guide them to recovery, and she thrives in helping with empathy to get them back to feeling their best. 

Originally from Rawlins, Kaurice loves making new memories with her daughter and husband, while being active with any outdoor activities. She runs her own permanent makeup business that fuels her passion for creativity.
